Developer of the Management Functional Assessment Model — MFAM, the Effective Public Service – EPUS Framework, Perpendicular Governance concept. Head of the research centres in Ivanovo State Power University and Kazan Federal University. Initiator, curator, partner and fellow of various multi-country initiatives, activities and programs under the aegis of the UNDP, EU, CoE, EFQM, EIPA, NISPAcee, American Councils and other international institutions, universities, governmental agencies and NGOs. In 2010-2012 as a team leader of the Bid Committee “Ivanovo – European Youth Capital 2014, 2015” brought Ivanovo Candidacy to the finals of this honored European contest for youthful cities. In 2014 launched the Ivanovo Hub of the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum. In the end of 2014 was elected a member of the Global Young Academy — the first representative of Russia.
